RCMP cruiser in head on collision with a 1/2 ton truck driving in wrong direction on a four lane highway. Cpl. Bud Johanson and Cst. Fred Abel, along with the two occupants of the truck, were killed instantly. The truck had been driving in the wrong direction on the divided highway for at least 10 miles prior to the crash. | ||||||||||
