Dale was killed in a horrific crash that involved a man whose BAC was over 2.5 times the legal limit. Due to circumstances that we are not aware of and cannot figure out the man was never charged.

The following message was provided by Dale's loving sister, Amanda Foerster.

Dale, you were taken away with no time to say goodbye - but you will live on in our hearts until the end of time. You were so vibrant and full of life - until someone decided to drink and drive. Then they ended your life and took a part of us away - forever. You are forever loved and missed, Dale. You were one of a kind. We will never forget you.
