MADD: C+ for B.C.'s fight against drunk driving

VANCOUVER (NEWS1130) - MADD Canada is out with its annual report card, ranking the provinces on what they're doing to fight drunk driving and British Columbia came in seventh place for making "modest" changes in its enforcement approach.

Ontario came in first with a grade of A-minus while the Northwest Territories and Nunavut received marks of D-plus and F respectively for not doing enough to combat the problem
